PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT:

Before making a deposit, contact Sojourner Tours 512-943-4997 to set a date for your private family sojourn. Once you have made a deposit, your guide will be in contact with you to personalize an itinerary for your family which will determine the price of your trip. This $500 deposit is NON-Refundable because of the time that goes into creating your personal itinerary. Please note: this is different from our other deposit cancellation policies because all other tours use pre-existing itineraries.

*If we do not receive the final payment by the due date, we will assume that you have cancelled without notice thereby forfeiting your deposit. In such a case, we may fill your place with someone from the waiting list without contacting you.  Be sure to pay on time to avoid losing your reservation and deposit. The due date is one month before your sojourn start date.
